Expanded Access

Aravax is committed to developing innovative therapies and making them available to patients through clinical trials and regulatory approval. Expanded access, also referred to as compassionate use, is a regulatory mechanism by which an investigational drug can be made available outside of a clinical trial to treat patients with serious or life-threatening conditions for which there are no satisfactory treatment options.

PVX108 is an investigational product under development in peanut allergy as an immunotherapy to mitigate allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis, that may occur with accidental exposure to peanut. Aravax does not offer PVX108 through an expanded access program as we consider participation in our clinical trials to be the most appropriate means of access.
